Cancellation: We understand the occasional need to cancel or change your appointment times. For regular appointments, we request 24-hour cancellation notice.

Please note: we reserve appointments for spa packages and bridal parties with your credit card number. To avoid full charges, we request the courtesy of 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that our technicians have the opportunity to re-fill the opening.

Children: Children are welcome to enjoy our services. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cell Phones: While visiting, please turn off cell phones  and pagers to maintain our peaceful atmosphere.
